Ingredients

  • 4 cups (or 1 750 ml bottle) RenĂ© Barbier Mediterranean White
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup brandy
  • 3 apples, chopped (honey crisp preferred)
  • 3 pears, chopped
  • Fresh ginger (optional)
