Apple Cider Punch
Ingredients
- 4 cups (or 1 750 ml bottle) René Barbier Mediterranean White
- 2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
- 1 cup club soda
- 1/2 cup brandy
- 3 apples, chopped (honey crisp preferred)
- 3 pears, chopped
- Fresh ginger (optional)
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir. Refrigerate for an hour before serving.
